If your T/C's bore is truly .565" and your Lee mould casts .562" (I'd measure several of them with aa micrometer to be sure), why do you need a new mould, especially if you "love" saving money? What you need to do is find the right thickness of patch material or try card stock over powder and over shot wads, or tow wads fore and aft.
