I am seriously considering attending the event but need more info as to how great this event is or isn't. Has any one attended? What was your take? also how tuff is it to get a camp spot as I camp in modern tent. I live in the Reno, NV area, so it is a bit of a drive.

I am considering coming this year as well. What are you planning on shooting?

I live in Ames, IA, a bit more of a drive!

    They have a web site.

Last year was it's first year away from the NMLRA shoots of the past.

Talking with those who went, it was a bit un-organized.

Hello Fleener, I would like to enter everything I can. I have a cap Hawken and a Flint Hawken I built, also have a cap pistol and a cap shotgun, so who knows. Have never shot at a organized event.

Thought perhaps you were looking at shooting the long range matches.
