Hi not sure if right place ask
But i found armsport 54 cal capper in decent shape
I'm not a cap shooter but it's a nice piece and wanted know
Value and or any info on this piece
Thanks in advance

My opinion $100.00 to 225.00 depending on shape, sites, twist, age, condition etc. But I never had one? Is it half or full stock? Can you inspect and assure no pitting or bulge in barrel? Photo?

It's at a locale estate auction i was allowed to look at it undrr very close supervission
He wouldn't let me take pictures or even cock it
I be going back tommerow and see if they let run a cleaning patch down it
Anyway good thing it's on the way to the range i'm personaly not interested in it but also dont want it go scraptuu

Saw that auction. That Armsport 54 cal is a replica Sharps percussion military carbine. Probably about average quality for the time back when Armsport was importing guns and in business in Miami, Florida.

To see current retail on a similar model replica Sharps check Dixie Gun Works. You might also check closed gun auctions on some auction sites where there were actual completed sales.

Someone else may have an educated opinion on average value at gun shows and auctions. Best of good luck if you decide to bid.

ya, sharpes worth more, FYI I shot an original sharpes 45-70 in HS when a buddy sneaked his family heirloom out. Kicked a lil bit, NOTHING like my handi rifle 45-70 though (course it weighed 4 times more too!)
