Sadly, yep. When I was an NMLRA Field Representative I helped charter 16 new clubs in Arkansas. One of them was in the Jonesboro area. Sadly, all of them have faded away. One in Stone County lasted until a couple years ago.
Yea wish I knew some people and could start one here.

It seems like we have one or two in about half the counties on here. I know there are others out there but maybe they think they are too good for us. :)

I’m planning a move to N.W. Arkansas in a couple of years. My son lives just over the line in Oklahoma and we have family just over the line in Missouri. I spend a month or so there a year. I’m told I need to be there in August to get the full experience..lol So this year we are going in August. I have meet some wonderful people in that beautiful area. Hard to leave to come back home once there.

Used to live there. I remember going to muzzleloader builders supply somewhere in western Arkansas. They were the nicest people. I was starting building guns and they would take the time in their shop to show me what to do and help out. Are they still around?

They are but in a different location. They were located in Ozone Arkansas, which is about an hour and a half south of me. Now I believe they are in Idaho under different ownership. I have ordered parts from both locations and had great service with both.
