It aint worth the effort.

You would have to know what you are doing. Packaging, marking, labeling, shipping papers, training etc.

I retired from the USDOT after 33 years of doing HM program enforcement.

I could do it and be legal. However, I seriously doubt that I would.

Also, please dont ship it as grandmas cookies. The penalties can be very high.

So, how does shipping powder differ from shipping unmentionable ammunition? Theres no problem shipping the latter by UPS. Just declare it and pay a hazmat charge, around $15 the last I’d heard.
