For sale an Antonio Zoli & Co. replica of US Model 1863 "Zouave" Rifled Musket in .58 Cal. MISSING BOTH FRONT AND REAR SIGHTS. Manufactured in Italy and sold by Sears Robuck and Co. has walnut stock, brass furniture, 33 inch blued barrel with bayonet lug. Color case hardened lock with eagle stamp. Rifle is in excellent shape except for a few minor stock marks and a small amount of flecking on the barrel near the nipple. Bore is clean and shinny, rifling is good. There are two filled screw holes behind the tang where previous owner placed a sight. Factory rear sight has been removed and front sight has been filed down. Why I do not know! Asking $600 shipped US only. Know your local gun laws to make sure it is legal in your area, 18 and older only.

The rear sight would have been removed so it would not interfere with the lower part of the sight picture as seen through the aperture tang sight.
