Really interesting antique powder and shot measure. Like many measures, the bottom drops to allow more volume (from 1 to 2 1/4 oz of shot or 2 1/2 to 5 drams of powder) but rather than a slot with a pin, the measure is indexed by a metal arm on the outside of the measure tube.
No rust but a little hardened discoloration on the exterior.
Marked on bottom made by BGI Co, Pat Feb 1890.

Offered at $60 $50 shipped in the USA. PM for details.

I used to have all that cool old stuff.
My dad gave it away when I was in the army. Damn!
Mom threw away all my very early hot rod magazines.
Brother used a gunstock I spent too many houre on for a hammer. Ugh1
