Here is a larger version of one of my neck knives.
5 1/2" blade of 0-1 steel
4" full tang handle with bone slabs and brass pins
Sheath is 5/6oz veg tan leather.

Rifleman, I assume it's cow bone. It was purchased at Sheffields Knifemakers supply.
 
Yes, or camel, or giraffe, but these are most likely water buff, considering the source and the tons of it being imported from Asian countries. Matters not. Bone is pretty much bone.
