He builds some nice rigs, followed him when he built Bigdoggy his 2 bore, he close out orders before I could get him to build me a 12 bore

I have this exact gun from RJ Renner when he was making them.Mine is in 62cal or 20 bore as is what is written on the barrel and it has Forsyth rifling.Unfortunately he doesn t make muzzleloaders any more. There is an Allen boxlock made by Stolzer for sale at the muzzleloading Emporium

Sheba, I owned one of Roger's Pacific Zephyr underhammer big bores years ago. He builds a gorgeous rifle.
My interest would be to mount a very high-quality 1:18 twist .458 barrel, platinum nipple and proper prone stock and have a go at the long-range stuff.
Dave, sorry you didn't get your order in to Colin.

Bill, perhaps you know this, but my first long range ML was on one of these actions with a Badger barrel. Shoots great. Sold it a couple of years ago to a friend that was wanting to get into this game.

Hi,
Take a look at a rifle I built, using a Peter Allen box lock, it is on the " Percussion Bench Rifles " post.
Those Peter Allen locks are exceptional in form and quality.
