For sale is a rifle I completed in Sept. Specs are
English wlanut stock with some figure and a little curl.
Rice Jaeger profile swamped barrel. 31" long .62 caliber rifled. Barrel has a hooked breech also by Rice. Flint sytle breech plug...not a chambered breech
Chambers late ketland lock
Iron hardware.
Breech and barrel are full length bedded on this rifle...no reason really except these English rifles are very petite for their caliber and it makes me feel better :) .

This is a fantastic shooting rifle. The stock design handles the recoil great. I normally shoot 90 grains of 2f....with that load felt recoil is almost non-existent. I shoot much better offhand with this rifle also. The only reason I'm selling is I'm building another just like it in .58 since my favorite longrifle is in .58 and I'd like to simplify my shooting boxes a little bit.

I hunted with this rifle this past season and killed a couple deer with it. It does show some bluing wear and a few scratches.

Gun weighs 7 3/4#s and has a 13.5" length of pull

$1700 shipped in a hardcase with several bags of .610 balls.
