.62 Baker Rifle 1809 built by the Rifle Shoppe in 2005, is a lovely rifle with an English Walnut stock and Browned barrel. The rifle comes with the Sword Bayonet (built by TRS), Powder Horn Casting and Cleaning Set and case. There are period correct British stampings on the lock and barrel. The close wood to metal fit and all the other meticulous details and craftsmanship one would expect from an expert rifle builder are all here. The hardened frizzen throws good sparks. This rifle has been fired and is extremely accurate with rounds touching each other at 100 yards. This custom built Baker Rifle was would retail for around $2,900.00, with half that amount up front as a deposit with a two year delivery wait. Consequently, this Baker Rifle would look better on your shoulder at the range or in the woods than sitting in my gun safe at home. I want to place this fine flintlock into a good home where it will receive a deal of good use and perhaps be passed along as a fine heirloom.

$3,200 or best offer.
