SALE PENDING! This is a 75% assembled kit. My buddy bought this partially assembled kit off of blanket sale at the Fort Toulouse event around 2002. It has sat in his closet until I bought it from him last year. I also have found that I don't have the time to complete it. It needs a good home that will finish it up. It is all complete except a side plate, front sight and barrel underlugs. The barrel, lock, buttplate and trigger guard have been inletted. The lock is a large Siler. The rifled barrel is a .58 caliber octagonal to round with a single wedding ring. The stock appears to be straight grain maple. It will need a sliver of wood added next to the lock mortice (the first owner removed a bit too much.) The buttstock is fully shaped, but the forearm will still need rounding and shaping. I think this will make a handsome and unusual rifle for someone.
