im looking for a .54 paper patch templatre im using some .540 no excuse 535 grain bullets. i bought some #9 pound onion skin paper patch material 2 wraps and it works great but cutting them 1 at a time is a pain. without paper patching them the .540 slide down the barrel and back out with no effort

No it is not an advertisement I was ask if anyone could tell me how to cut them that might do it I was just asking for someone might be able to help me figure out how to do it
