This is a .50 cal. Mountain Rifle Kit. It features a 28-inch unmarked Barrel with installed sights, breach plug and vent liner. The barrel has a slow twist rate suitable for patch and ball and bullet. The lock is a L&R Trade Gun Lock. This is an excellent lock with a very fast throw and reliability. The stock is M2 Sugar Maple. Not only does it have an excellent grain, but it also has nice curl. The stock has a drill run out on the lower part of the forearm. Some of it will be covered by the trigger guard. The rest will have to be filled or covered with an inlay. The teardrop is for the side plate and the bone is Moose Leg Bone used for the crown. I use a piece of scrap metal for the toe. Here are a few pics' showing how I used the tear drop, moose bone and scrap metal in the past. This is a similar gun I built a couple months ago. (Not included in this sale). In fact, the piece of bone is the same bone I used on the finished gun in the pics. The forearm was kept square so it would be easier to hold it in the vise.

$795.00, Free Shipping. I accept Cash, Personal Check, MO, PayPal, Visa/MC. 3.5% PP/CC fee.
