Which he may still find out upon re-assembly.
Thought I'd post a few pics of my barrel repair. Made sure my breech plug and barrel threads were still in good shape, Started my plug, went in first try, the screwed in my drum, went in first time.........done. Really had no problems putting it back together. Now I need to reblue the barrel and spruce the old girl back up. Think it would be a good starter for my oldest grandson. Thanks again to all who replied to my post.

Been a while since I've been logged in. On my barrel repair. Tapped the hole out and put in a threaded set screw, put in flush with inside of barrel. Chased the threads on the barrel, and breech plug went in like a champ. Was really glad reassembly went as easy as it did. Still gonna post some pics of the repair. Once again thanks for all the replies and suggestions on how to fix my screw up.
