Up for sale is a Mowery Brass Framed Bicentennial Rifle in 50 Cal that was made in Olney TX.
Selling for $500 shipped to lower 48
I got this rifle as part of a trade, but I have other projects that I need to free up some cash for. So now is a chance for someone else to own this early Mowery.

Brass action and hardware with some additional stock embellishments from a previous owner( not my style, but to each his own)
The barrel has some pitting from a previous owner probably using Pyrodex, but I have seen worse bores. What this rifle really needs is for someone to take it to the range and shoot with it.
Barrel is 32" long with a 13" length of pull and open iron sights
