For sale is a 20 gauge fowler I finished about a year ago. Gun has a Chambers lock, Rice Carolina profile oct/rnd barrel 46"s long and a curly walnut stock....first black walnut I've ever seen that has curl the full length. Iron hardware. Gun has no cast off and is not a cheek slapper even with heavy loads. I pattered this gun after a Hershel House fowler I saw on the contemporary makers blog. Has a nice, crisp trigger with about a 3# pull. Gun weighs 6.7#s and has a 13 3/8" LOP. Price is $1600 plus actual shipping. Payment by Money order or personal check to clear.

Beautiful, if I was after a fowling piece I'd have it on the boat here already. Can't imagine she'll last long!

All the steel was finished with LMF browning and allowed to rust over pretty good. I then neutralize it and card it back to a grey color. Good finish....hasn't rusted a bit since I built it.

Sweet, sweet, sweet...I really should buy this as I have a .40, a .54 and a .54 WoodsRunner on the way but no fowlers...

Somebody else please buy this!!!

Wow - you sure did a fantastic job on putting your fowler together...if you don't mind, I may have some questions for you when I get my Chambers smooth rifle kit...
