1 pound = 7000 grains.
437 grains per ounce.

Correct but what is correct in the OP? 33 Gm. could make a big difference.

I would have guessed 450 grains and that is way off.

I guess it's at least a starting place, and a data point for comparison.
As with a new rifle/smoothie, cut the max charge in half and go from there...

Also notice they are the maximum charges for cannon used in N-SSA competition.

What designates group 1 from group 2? They show different loads for same caliber.

I do my cannon charges by weight. I do my muskets by volume. Charge in weight is different than charge in volume.

In the state parks here in La for blank rounds is 3 oz per inch of bore of 1F or cannon grade.
