I’m trying to get a shorter barrel for my 1862 navy. I am wanting the 4.5” or the 5.5”. I would be ok with a 1862 Navy or the 1862 police barrel in either of these sizes.

You might try VTI gun parts. Personally, I find the 6.5" to be by far the best balanced barrel length on the 62 Navy/Police models myself. I chopped one many years ago & immediately regretted doing so...

I have reached out to VTI and Taylors and CO and they have barrels just no loading levers. I am going to try to look some more online but I wanted to see if anyone has any on here too
