I have been on here for a lot of years and sold and bought a lot of stuff with positive feedbacks. 100_0836.JPG

Nice Old EIE 1858 Remington. Functions fine and looks pretty good. No Warning markings on 6 1/2" barrel, in fact No markings except a couple small proof marks. Bore looks good on it. Date code is XX8 making it a 1972. I want $250 shipped in lower 48. Or trade for an inexpensive cap lock smoothbore. Any gauge

I have No idea who made it. Only marks i can find are those i listed. It seems to be a well built one though. Timing is good, bore is good, has a Slight bolt ring on cylinder but not like some i've seen

New forum rules. You have to show the date and your user name, hand written on a piece of paper in at least one of the photos. This is to protect everybody from scams.
Good rule, but didn't see anything announcing it. Assume this piece of paper should be alongside the item for sale.
