If you saw my threads about, i just got this on gunbroker. I rolled the dice hoping for it to be made in spain or italy and its india marked. Just not my thing. Cost me $559 after shipping and taxes.

$550 shipped to your door or make offer.

Willing to talk trades or partial trades for Charleville type guns, french fusils or other french muskets, .69 cal (not indian) maybe a Bess, where i will send you this musket plus money.

It came to me dirty and some surface rust and i gave it a good scrubbing and polished the brass. My long ramrod is on order so the only thing i did not clean is the bore, but i cant see any surface rust in there like was on outside.

Its .69 cal, two small cracks in wood, see pics. Some light pitting along barrel still.
Flints also on order so no idea how it sparks. There was surface rust on frizzen i cleaned off with a green scrubby.

In fact if someone has a similar size US or italian barrel they want to sell i might try to install that, if you got one for sale.
