Hand made 250ct #11 percussion caps in a period reproduction tin, and wooden cartridges box with period reproduction label and packaging containing 6 inert .44 or .36 caliber paper cartridges.

Hopefully, the pecussion caps are also inert.

Rule # 11 for classified ad's: You may not list black powder, black powder substitutes or percussion caps.
 
Yes, they are also inert. They are just for display purposes punched out of brass. They can easily be primed to work if anyone wants to do so.
 
Also if you zoom on the photo, the caps are not primed, The cartridges are filled with finely ground black blasting sand to simulate black powder.
