Some of the Academy Sports have had CCI #11 tins of 100 for $9.99 I believe (Matthews, NC and Greenville, NC). They also had Winchester (777) 209 primers, but I haven’t seen them in a while.
I have a herd of 209 primers. I've got some #11's triple 7 50/50 pellets.
If I'm not supposed to do this please let me know. I don't want to break the rules

Im a newbie & bought several Hawken style percussion rifles in the last few months. I finally went to my local Scheels to buy patches, powder, & 44, 50, & 54cal round ball & caps so we can shoot. I couldn't find #11 caps anywhere in store or online, so I bought this #11 cap maker and primer compound. I've read good things about these kits, so hopefully it will work.

I was on another bp group at the big social media site earlier today. Apparently a chain named Dunhams Sports has plenty in stock. They don't show a presence here in the Republic, but do in Tennessee where I also spend some time. Here's the url to start searching for a store in your area. note max search is 150 but default is 15 miles. Good luck! Sites-dunhamssports-Site
