    Packing greased minie balls

    Just out of coureosity, how do you guys carry your lubed minie balls around? Loading block verses leather bag or small wooden box. Just poured up some 58 cal minie balls and hand lubed them up , and started to wonder how to pack them around with out them collecting unwanted materials.

    first build is a lymans GPR 50cal flinter. stocks all sanded down and ready for stain. i was wondering if most of you leave the iron furniture {butplate,trigger guard,nose cap,front sight}as is, or do you blue/brown them the same as the barrel? what type /brand of sealent over top of the stain...

    started to pour my own minnie and round balls for the 50 cal. was just wondering if others size their ammo prior to heading out. i have found that some of my minnies are a little out of round. should i just toss them back intothe melting pot or is it worth the hassle of finding the right sizing...
