    Caywood english fowler lock trigger adjustment.

    I have a Caywood English Fowler that when the lock is tightened down the cock won't stay cocked. If I loosen the screws a turn or two it will work fine. I believe its alignment with the trigger and the sear. Is there a adjustment on the trigger or would this be on the lock side. I just purchased...

    Swabbing the barrel

    what do you use to swab between multiple shots? I was using a cotton bore swab like you get in most gun cleaning kits but it seems to get caked up quick. Suggestions or pics of items homemade or store bought.

    What's the biggest caliber you would use 3f? I have a .58 was wondering if that is to big. I know the packaging say up to .50 but I have read others use it in .54.

    I Just bought A Cabela's .58 cal (investarms) at a pawn shop for 100 a little rough but I think recoverable. First question what loads for these do you suggest? Second question the nipple is stuck I have it soaking in WD-40 but the previous owner rounded the edges on the nipple so the wrench...

    I'd like to see some examples of DIY pan brushes and vent picks seems like a lot of money to by a commercial one when you could make one better looking and probably more sturdy.

    Fort Larimie

    Visited Fort Larimie this weekend really neat place. Then visited the oregan trail ruts and registry rock. Nice weekend trip with the family and friends. I was bummed they didn't have enough people to do the cannon demo but still good walk through the history.
