What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Sometimes, it can be as simple as having the nose piece adjusted in or out to raise or lower where you look through the lense.

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Maybe its a frame adjustment issue on your glasses, sometimes it really helps. I wear trifocal progressive lenses, and have no issues with iron sights or scope

    Looking for clarity.

Yes, you are right, the pistol looks the same. It does more resemble a lever action without the lever. And yes, there is nothing that comes close to a sidelock when it comes to appearance. They are pure artwork. I just bought a kentucky rifle kit with a beautiful wood grain, and can't wait to...

Its not about getting back to basics anymore unfortunately, its about cash flow. I was just asking...

I kind of thought it might be considered one, like one of the first, a hybrid so to speak. It is a super gun for sure, like a tank! I've just always wondered what it is considered. I appreciate the input, yes, maybe the moderators can shed some light.

I purchased a Traditions 50 cal kentucky rifle from the Kenockee trading post yesterday. I'm looking forward to building it in the fall. I realized how many differences there are between the the percussion and flintlock. I'm leaving it percussion, and possibility change it from single trigger to...
