    Carrying pre lubed patches

    I use loading blocks at the range when we have s monthly shoot. It keeps things simple and you easilfy know how many shots you have made. For timed events they are also handy. Necessary no, convenient yes.

    You can use preloads, or loading blocks to spead up loading but you usually have enough time to load powder, patch and ball and you should load at each station. You are usually in a group.

    Bore Butter ingredients

    I have friends that use bore butter for patches and after cieaning the barrel. I use robbing alcohol and Murphy's oil soap as a patch pub and oil after cleaning. Both work.     Keeping Our Clubs Alive Article in MB

    We too are having difficulty getting new members. When someone new shows up, we do what we can to make them comfortable. We use emails to remind them of shoots and keep them connected.
