    I guess if the barrel was checked before it left the shop you wouldn't have to pack it back up and go to the post office and ship it back and go through that whole hassle.

    Good luck getting him to call you back . I had an issue with some barrels that I sent and called and left messages for him to return the call to ask about what happened with my barrel. I posted about what happened on this forum and the response was pretty much I was a blasphemer.

    And you don't have to sew loops on it, they do every 24" and at corners any additional ones for$1.00 each.

    I took a 12x15 canvas tarp and sewed loops on corners, in center, and at midpoints. I can use it as a dining fly on my bell back wedge or make a decent shelter for two with a floor and a fly door. It can be a one pole or a 3 pole I just need to sew two more loops on the side to pull out for more...

    Did not mean to cast a shadow of negativity just frustration. Mr Hoyt did tell me the last I talked with him is that he was having problems getting his money from barrels that were sent back to the owners, that is why I sent him a check with my barrels.

    Well not the entire world just this small muzzleloading world I suppose. First reaction to what I had and got but I'm over it and will talk with Mr. Hoyt about if there are any other options. And I am speculating without speaking you are correct. Thanks for the smack in the head.
