    Colt vs Remington

    I prefer Remington. The build is most comfortable in my hand. The first firearm I ever bought was a Remington cap and ball. I own a number of Remington and Colt. The winner is always Remington for me.

    Left eye dominant, right hand dominant?

    I'm strongly left eye dominant and right handed. Always have been. My left eye is perfect. Right one is not very good at all. I considered switching to left hand shooting earlier, but it wasn't worth the trouble. I got glasses and shoot right eye instead. I use my left eye shooting handguns...

    Hi. I'm Doug from Missouri. Been shooting muzzleloaders since I was a kid in the '70s. I did Civil War reenacting for a lot of years. I'm hoping to do some rendezvousing in the future now that I'm retired. Happy to meet you.
