    Big Sky Rambler

I just received my second gun from Big Sky Rambler. I'm very happy with the gun. It's better than his ad suggested and come very well packaged. The shipping people would really have to go out of the way to damage the gun because it is so well packed. Stub

    Leather sources

When we travel down state to the "big city" I have been trying to purchase leather at craft shops with no luck. I don't find much but over priced scraps that are too small for much of any project. Where are some good online sources for leather? Thanks, Stub

    Two Feathers

I just got a patch knife from Two Feathers. I couldn't be more pleased with the knife. His Customer service is great, he kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely purchase from him again!

    Kenockee trading post

I just did business with Knockee Trading Post, and couldn't be more happy! If you are in Michigan look the post up, they are near Port Huron. Their hours are short so check by calling before you travel to find them.

    New Crockett

    Northern Michigan here

I sold all my muzzleloader 's several years ago, after I stopped competitive shooting. Now, after retiring, I have joined a muzzleloader club and purchased a couple TC Hawkens.

    Shooting high

I just purchased a Used green mountain drop in barrel for my TC Hawken. With the rear sight as low as it goes, I am hitting 1 inch high at 25 yards, 7 inches high at 50 yards. At 100 yards the group is high but too open to tell how high. I am only using 45 grains of triple 7 2 F in 54 caliber...
