I don't give a flip what you do or don't do. Knock yourself out; buy all the explosives you want.

and that's the point. There is no such thing as a hoarder when it comes to how one chooses to spend his or her $$. In the same sense, there is no such thing as a gouger. If one doesn't like the price, don't buy it.

My comment in answer to "define hoarder" was 100% sarcasm.

Storing is not selling. Sell BP and you should have (to be legal) an explosives license.

Exactly (provided you have no sense of humor and can't read sarcasm).

A product is scarce when you have some and I don't.

You can do anything you want. You can sell guns to minors, sell black powder at gun shows, rob banks, etc. If one sells black powder one is required by federal law to have an explosive license. I have seen no exceptions for buying and selling BP to friends.

Triple Seven, Smokeless Powder, Ammo, large capacity mags, and firearms do NOT require an Explosives license to sell (and store).

A hoarder* is 1) a person who stocked up on scarce products before they become scarce, that you now want, but can't get; 2) also a person who buys scarce products at prices you are/unwilling to pay (similar to a gouger - one who charges more for scarce products than you are willing to pay)...

How are people selling black powder at gun shows at all? To sell black powder in the USA, one must have an explosives license.

CLOSED .50 Pedersoli Deluxe Tryon FINAL REDUCTION $950

I've been looking for a Tyron. Unfortunately, I want one with the PMG (Pedersoli Match Grade) barrel. I believe Pedersoli did not begin drilling PMG barrels unit 2012 or so (please correct me if I am wrong). Otherwise, this looks like a fine rifle with a 1:48 twist (the .54 comes in 1:65).

Lewis and Clark Corps of Discovery firarms.

Some historians believe that those claiming KY rifles were taken were mistakenly calling the Contract Rifles Kentucky Rifles> The rifles Lewis took with him were built under Army contract in 1792 and 1794. Pennsylvania gunsmiths produced these weapons, which were .49 caliber with a 42-inch...
