Check with Alan at Wylie Leather in Laramie, WY. I can vouch for him on the basis of buying one of his holsters and following him on Facebook. He does excellent work, is fast, and his prices (in my opinion) are more than reasonable.

You are not writing the truth and this is b.s.!!! What are you trying to prove? Why don’t you go directly to their web pages and get their address and telephone number? Then you won’t have to lie!!
Mike, I really like your idea here! Two questions: 1. What’s your technique for packing in the grease, and 2. What’s an action block/shield?
Thank you!

Hi coupe. A 2 1/2” group at 49 yards is not a “good group.” In fact it’s a pretty poor group! No point in shooting farther than that until you solve the problem.
What powder are you using? Try spit lube and try using a thinner patch. Also it’s quite possible you’ve developed a flinch. Ask...
No Sheriff John, the "ball" will not be lethal to anything it hits! It is a basic tenant of firearms safety that a person should always make sure they have a back stop for the projectiles they shoot (except apparently for shotguns). That lethality is completely dependent upon the speed with...
Hi Art! I'm impressed by what you've done in making these blocks and antler powder measures. Very nice! Why did you make small groves in the pouring edges of the powder measures?
Thanks in advance!

My thoughts on this circumstance is that this would not have occurred BEFORE Cabela’s was purchased by Bass Pro. I have experienced personally, and have read or been told about, many similar instances of corporate stupidity in Cabela’s stores since the acquisition by Bass Pro. Furthermore I...
Well, now you've read (not heard) someone say Bore Butter is worth having! I love it, have used it with no problems at all since it became available, and have no need to use anything else!

Hi Elk Stalker. I have a bunch (about 200) of .50 cal. R.E.A.L. 320 grain bullets I’d sell ya if yer interested. A feller made these for me for my .50 cal. T/C Hawken, but I no longer need them. About half of ‘em are lubed with 50:50 bee’s wax and lard. I think they’ll all fit in a small size...

Hi JamesA,
I have Lyman 57 SML peep sights on my T/C Hawken (.50cal.) and on my Lyman Great Plains Rifle (also .50 cal.). I love these sights and have used them since the early 1970s when I started shooting muzzle loaders. For what it’s worth, I think you would like these as well.
