    Got home from work early and my stock from Pecatonica was delivered. I was able to square up the channel, inlet the tang and bend the tang to stock profile. I have a little more pointing up to do on the inlet.

    Any tricks to measure the force needed to open the frizzen? Would you use a file or Emory cloth for this?

    I did polish the internals when I built the gun, the action of the lock is very smooth. The frizzen does seem that it takes more force than needed to open.

    Getting too many misfires

    I’d start at 75 and work up if needed. How old is the pyro P and was it stored properly? In my 50 Cva mountain rifle 65 gn of pyro p is where it’s accurate, 32” barrel.
