    Edited to add that brown bess and other military musket replicas also qualify under our club rules. So long as they are flint, smoothbore, and no rear sight.

    My gun club has a category in their monthly matches called "trade gun". However the only criteria for the match is as follows: 54cal or larger, smooth bore, flintlock, and no rear sight.
