    I will eventually get a steel one, but I already had oak dowels. The rod under the barrel is really tight and is a pain to get out. It looks good so I'm just gonna leave it.

    Ok, usually I don't admitt this but being a newbie, to hell with it. Got some new oak rods today...2 in 3/8 and 1 in 5/8...guess how well the 5/8 fits.

    the GPR looks like it has a decent moon crest on the end of it, its .54cal, so, crook-of-the -arm it is!
