    WANTED Reproduction British Hanger...

    My understanding is they're more commonly used by NCOs, at least in the AMR, as a status symbol. Kind of a short, sturdy, cutlass like blade but with a more ornate guard. I'm sure plenty of Officers had them too being as they purchased they're own!
