FOR SALE REPOST: FS Like-New Pedersoli Rocky Mountain Hawken .50 Cal.

Howdy -- since getting heavily into my rifled muskets I'm going to part with my Pedersoli RMH. This was a Cabela's purchase about 3 years ago and was a special run for them in .50 Cal. I've put, at most, 250 carefully loaded balls and Lee REAL projectiles through it, and added a Pedersoli rear...

    New Pedersoli Zouave!

Greetings . . . I'm the proud owner of new Pedersoli Zouave rifle, just picked it up yesterday and it's GORGEOUS. Incredible wood. I'll post photos later on, but for now I've got a question about bore size -- these are nominally ".58 caliber". I also have a Pedersoli 3-band Enfield that is...

Proud new member of my percussion revolver collection . . .

Oh my. Just had the first outing today with my new Uberti Deluxe (engraved/ivory) Remingtion NMA replica. Shot really good groups but shot right -- I think I can drift the front sight to adjust this. But what a beautiful job by the Italians -- really proud of this one!

    Pedersoli Enfield NEED HELP!

So, I've had my beautiful 3-band for nearly a year now and still can't get any meaningful or consistent accuracy from it. I've tried various Lee Minie molds and then popped for the Lyman "Blue Gray" mold No. 578675 -- which I'd read a lot of good things about on here, and which throws a...

    My new Pedersoli Kentucky .45 . . . I think I'll keep her

After dialing in the front sight -- filing it down and re-bluing it, and drifting it for proper windage -- I managed this 8-shot offhand group at 60+ yds. with 50 gns. Triple 7 and PRB. (Note, shot way off to the right was not part of my group).

Dialing in the proper Minie . . .

(Disclosure: I have read the recent thread about "wild inaccuracy" from a '53 Enfield, but still wanted to present my own situation in this thread). I've got my new Pedersoli P53 (3-band) Enfield and I love it. But my first outing with it, using my own home-cast projectiles, shows I have some...

    Musket caps . . .

Greetings all. A little bird tells me that my wife is getting me a Pedersoli 3-band Enfield for Christmas this year . . . and I've read much about the inferior performance of CCI musket caps, that they're mainly intended for reenactments, etc. Unfortunately that's the only brand readily...

    Patched balls in Rifled Muskets?

Hello all. I just bought my first BP rifle a month ago, the Pedersoli Traditional Hawken .50, and am having a great time learning the ropes with it. I'm already starting to plan my next rifle purchase and am heavily leaning toward one of the two primary CW muskets -- 1861 Springfield or P53...

New member, with first BP long gun

Howdy all -- new here. As mentioned just now in the "BP substitute" thread, I've been a cap & ball revolver addict for going on three years now and it's the most fun I've had with any shooting activity in my almost-fifty years of shooting and messing with fine guns. I have and enjoy a lot of...
