It’s a great day to be in the woods!

No heart troubles that I know of, but I've had 2 bouts with cancer. Rough times but there is life on the other side of it. I try to enjoy and be thankful for every day. Glad you're out hunting!

    Have I ruined this barrel?

Hi folks. I'm new to the forum, and I'm trying to do my first build. This is a .62 cal, oct to round barrel. I missed with the back(breech end) hole in the tenon and drilled into the barrel. As best as I can measure it is about .080 deep into the barrel. Is this fixable?

    Form a club NE.Bama/NW Ga.?

I'm in Cartersville Ga, about 20 miles east of Rome.I'm a long time traditional bowhunter, caplock hunter, and have now got very interested in flinlocks. I'm building a colonial fowler now. I've never been in a muzzleloader club, but I'm interested. I've been in traditional archery clubs for years.
