    Browning after rust remover

    I plan on re browning my TC Hawken, after I remove the old browning. Has anyone used Navy jelly to remove the old finish and then reblued or browned after? If so did it take as it should or was it spotty? Or should I just draw file to remove to bare metal?

    My Googlefoo is broke. Can anyone tell me the thread size for the center adjustment screw on the GPR Lyman uses. Mine is run all the way in and the trigger is still heavy when set.

    Removing Browning

    I plan on re-browning my TC Hawken and am asking for recommendations for removing the old browning before re-browning with LM. Would the Birchwood Casey Blueing Remover work or is there another method.

    The e clip needed I found out actually is a 3/32 and is quite common I guess. All is fixed and well.Taking the Hawken to the range Saturday for some therapy. Thanks for the recommendations and assistance.

    I have seem to have lost the E Clip that holds the windage screw on my TC Hawken rear sight. Dang they are small, would anyone here "bouts know th size I need to get for a replacement? Thanks in advance.
