    Kibler SMR Trouble

Acavdragoon very generously helped me with my issues and I managed to take a couple of squirrels this winter. I got the rifle to him and he diagnosed my lock issue immediately: I had somehow lost the tumbler in reassembly and had failed to notice. I ordered another from Jim and that was done...

The two main folks for this that I have run across are Mr. Bobby Hoyt and The Gun Works in Springfield, Oregon. Both are super nice people to talk to. That being said, I reached out to them both last year and neither of them were taking new work. Mr. Hoyt said he was booked pretty solid through...

SOLD Replica Arms 1862 Colt Pocket Police Date Code 1973 Updated

It's been carried on the canoe during squirrel season. Good stuff. It's showing it's age but never...

    Aging a Cherry Stock naturally….?

This is my Kibler SMR. Not stained or treated in any way except Tried and True. It's getting gradually darker. I've got time!

    SMR Photos Please

Not a great picture but you get the gist of it. 36 Kibler SMR. Cherry but without any stain or tint. Many, many thin coats of Tried and True and as much sun as I can manage. I hope to get this thing in the canoe soon and head down the river and into the trees.
