    How much shot

    I have a dbl barrel and was wondering if there is a rule of thumb as to how much shot to use. It is a 12 ga and one barrel looks to be a tighter choke than the other.

    54 Cal Bowie Knife...

    Did anybody catch the Wild West Tech on the History Channel last night? They showed a 54 cal single shot with a 9-11 knife bade attached under the barrel. Explaining it was popular with miners for protection. I'm not sure where you would keep the thing without shooting/stabbing yourself. Mike

    Sighting In Questions...

    I will be hunting with a Lyman 54 cal using PRB w/iron sights on deer this fall. I'm thinking of sighting it in at 50 yds. Is this a good starting distance for PRB of that caliber? Thanks, Mike
