    Musket Cap question....

    The local Wal-Mart has the CCI four wing musket caps on clearance for $2.00 for a hundred. I have a GPR that I can send to TOW for a proper Nipple to use. Would using these be safe and not hurt the accuracy of the Lyman ??

    Bare Ball In A Smoothie ?

    I usually shoot a Patched Ball In my .62 Cal. Caywood. How tight does a bare ball have to be for accuracy? Also, what kind of Wad, the thin over the Powder type or thick cushion type Wad, Is used ?? The Ball size I use now Is from A .600 Lee Mold and It will roll rather loosely down the Barrel.

    Swiss Powder Loads

    I shoot Calibers from .45 to .62. Is there one Grade of Swiss Powder that would work in all of them? Or, should I use different grades??? Also, how much Powder reduction has to be used versus Goex??
