    Thanks Treestalker, Haha, true, chances are that I indeed solved a non existent problem ;-) I feel that there's more to it though. The contact surfaces between bolt and notch seem pretty small to me. No wonder, as these notches are allready tiny themselves, and only a part of the notch side...
