    Removing flesh/meat from a deer skull.

    Brass barrel wedges?

    Besides the obvious difference between brass and steel. Is it ok to use brass barrel wedges? If its an issue of strength. I will be making them myself. So they will be made to fit. The rifle is a .50 cal CVA Mountain Rifle. Thanks Andy Long time gun builder. First time muzzle loader.
