    I've completed two Traditions kits, A percussion Kentucky pistol and a flinter Kentucky rifle and re-built a CVA Kentucky percussion rifle . I have enjoyed every minute of the builds and shooting them. Ye there are challenges ..... who cares . Build them, shoot them and they are cost effective...

    My first muzzleloader rifle and I built it myself!

    Up here in the frozen tundra ( Wisconsin)we have a special muzzle loader season too but use them on our regular gun deer season as well. Very nice first build !!!!

    I have a Traditions Kentucky rifle kit that the tang is way straighter then the curve of the stock. Has anyone ever heated up the tang on a Traditions and bent it down? It needs to move about an 1/8". Thanks!!! Jay
