    Please Identify my Rifle!

    This should be easy, for many of you. I have a Hawken style percussion rifle with a round brass capbox, with no visible manufacturer. The only barrel marking is "CAL 50" and a few smaller "proof" marks. I would have included a pic, but I currently have it disassembled for refinishing. Thanks!
