    T/C Renegade Flintlock

    I just got home with a T/C Renegade, .54 Flintlock. It appears as new, possibly unfired. It has a White Flint in the hammer and I was told it was a synthetic. I just want to shoot it. I have never fired a flinter. I do not have 4F on hand for the pan. Any suggestions on firing?

    Went into High Country Guns, Prescott, AZ this AM to buy some Blackpowder, 3F. I was told it has been illegal to sell since 9-11. It's been awhile since I've bought Black, but this was news to me. Was this guy correct? :hmm:

    New to Forum

    Just found forum, and very excited. Have always been in BP, but have not fired a round in 15 yrs. Own 2 T/C Renegades, 50 & 54, and a T/C Pennsylvania Target Rifle, 50 cal, which I think they made 1 yr around 1997. Just got a Ruger Old Army that I will shoot today. Neil
