    Use one of these on the touch hole liner As for the ramrod, remove the barrel and see if the ramrod retainer spring is messed up.

    If you are getting good spark leave it till you do some shooting and see how it goes.The bevel down will keep the flint on the frizzen a little longer and may give you more spark.

    I have always used Prussian Blue and never had a problem,Cheaper then the Inletting Black. Last time I saw Inletting Black was from Dixons Muzzleloader Shop in PA, they do mail order also and they may even be on eBay. Look up Jerrows Inletting Black,At the Log Cabin Shop
