SOLD 1863 Remington Navy by Uberti SOLD!!!

Traded into this. Seems like a nice copy of the shorter 6.5” barreled Navy Remington. Date code is from 1966. I haven’t fired it or played with it. I did run a patch down the bore and it’s clean and smooth. Asking $390.00 shipped in the lower 48. It’s up to you to know your local laws.

Something that always bugged me in the Horse Operas…

Putting up the Wanted Poster using the butt of an obviously original antique revolver as a hammer!! Dang boys! Couldn’t you find an old timey original actual hammer? Or, failing that, maybe use what my friend Hipolito used to call a Mexican hammer! (For those who’ve never been to Chihuahua...

FOR SALE 1860 Army 6” Pietta Sold pending funds

This pistol has some of the nicest wood I’ve seen on a stock replica. I picked it up for that reason only. It was nearly unfired and had the full length barrel. I immediately sent it off to a pistol tuner Einstein Arizona for a tune, he cleaned up the chambers (they were .446-.449”) they’re now...

    Finest quality percussion revolvers?

@StanTheMan you posted this. ”Hollywood and the game companies squeezed the life out of WWII for 20 years and they're still squeezing.....they'll crank out loosely historical action movies like MidWay or Fury, and there's probably more WWII games that have been made than anyone can count ...

SOLD Navy Arms Rigby .45 SOLD

Reproductions of the Rigby long range match black powder rifle, marketed under the 'Creedmoor' name have been available from Spanish and Italian makers since the late 1990’s. John Rigby was a well known Irish rifle maker. Rigby rifles were famously used by the Irish team at Creedmoor in the...

SOLD Rice bbl. Match grade .45 1 in 18” SOLD PENDING funds!

This is Jason’s match grade drop in for TC Hawken and I’m told the single wedge Lyman guns as well. It’s .450” with a 1 in 18 twist for the heavy 525 bullet and up to 90 grains of good black powder. I fired this barrel a few times, less than 50, but I have another one that’s finished and fitted...

SOLD Ruger Old Army price DROP!

My apologies, I’ll update the card in the morning… I find myself in the awkward position of having too many of these! This one is a very nice condition Ruger. Doesn’t seem to have many miles on it and none by me since I took it in trade. I’m asking $825 shipped and I prefer USPS money orders...

    Photography question

How do you guys take pictures of the bores for your for sale adverts? I use a lighted arrow nock to inspect them and if I see something suspect I have a bore scope which takes good photos but I can’t seem to figure out how to snap a good picture with my equipment. ( iPad or phone cameras)

SOLD Green Mountain drop in LRH… TOO LATE, IT’S GONE!!

Nearly new, it’s had a few break in shots fired but I find myself with a surplus of these fine barrels! This one is .50 caliber, blued with open sights. 1 turn in 28 inches and it’s 15/16” across the flats and 28” long. This will fit the T/C Hawken and White Mountain carbine stocks. Just in...

CLOSED T/C NEW ENGLANDER BARREL ONLY.

I’ve been looking for a 26” NE barrel for som time. I’m not too picky about cosmetic condition but it needs to have a solid breech plug. Thanks for looking.

    CLOSED T/C 15/16ths breech plug.

I’m looking for a breech plug to replace one that was abused on a barrel I recently picked up. Name a fair price! Thanks for looking.

    Ball molds

I have a few revolvers which were reamed to .456 by Charlie Hahn. They’re great shooters but I don’t like the way the .457 balls fit. That’s not so bad since most of the time I use a .458 homecast bullet from 195 to 245 grains weight. Still, I’ve wanted to make up my own round ball for field...

SOLD 58 Remington “Shooters Model” .456 with spare cylinder. $500.00 plus shipping

I keep finding these things and I’m not even a Remington shooter... oh well. $500.00 plus shipping, the gun has obviously been worked on, nice action and the crisp 2# trigger pull breaks cleanly thanks to the aftermarket trigger stop. I know nothing about the history of the piece except it’s...

    WANTED Fast twist .45 barrel

ideally it would fit a Thompson Center Hawken but I can modify any 15/16” barrel to suit. Barrel length also isn’t that important as long as it’s at least 24”. Thank you.
