    straight razor shaving

    chambers english lock ??

    hey guys have a chambers English lock on my English fowler. problem I am having is that when I am at a reenactment , I can only get off about 6 to 10 or so shots before the flint needs to be changed or napped during the reenactment battle. this is the only lock on a flintlock I use for battles...

    hey guys, gonna be expanding my personas this year to include an Oneida scout.. I am trying to make a scalplock. I have tons of kannekalon fake hair from tying striper flies. I am just not sure how to make a base to secure it . also should the hair be sewn down or glued?? any help or insight...

    Xmas came early

    the UPS truck arrived last night from Dixie gun works with my X mas present to me!! Got my Pedersoli Charleville kit.. the gun is basically in the white so it won't be too hard to finish . just some sanding and some oiling the walnut...Got to figure a name for her now... :grin:

    March to Trenton

    I particpated in the march to Trenton yesterday..It was an incredible experience to say the least..I had conflicting stories about exact distance but it was around 9 miles..To march that far, at a good pace with only 1 break was really a humbling experience..to think washingtons troops did it...

    how thin is thin?? doing a gun that is o'connor inspired but how thin should the wood be along the barrel..does anyone have a few good superior to inferior shots of a barrel and stock???have been working like a beaver removing wood..thnaks for any help guys..
